Reasons for Return and Exchange of Goods

The buyer has the right to return the Product (The Product return is made if the specified Product has not been used, retains its consumer properties, factory labels, marketable condition, etc.) without giving any reasons within
14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the Product directly from the seller or persons representing the Seller.
The Government Resolution of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998 No. 55 approves the List of non-food goods of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, style.
This list indicates the impossibility of returning Goods of proper quality that have individually conditioned properties if such Goods can only be used by the consumer who purchased them.
